Kindergarten 2010/11 Applications

It’s that time of year when we start working on registration for next year’s kindergarten class. All current HSPS families who are interested in a kindergarten spot must complete the enrollment application which can be found on our website, www.hs-ps.com/forms, and also in the school office. Please give the completed application form along with copies of your child’s birth certificate, baptismal certificate, up-to-date shot record and a picture of your family to Jane no later than Jan. 15^th. Your child must be 5 years old on or before Dec. 1, 2010 to be eligible. Priority in enrollment will be given to families who regularly attend and contribute to the support of Holy Spirit Parish. This is the policy in all Catholic schools in the Diocese and also applies to siblings of students already enrolled at Holy Spirit Parish School.
