Handles orders for up to 4 students.
Simply save to your PC, fill out, print and send in with your payment.

Holy Spirit Hot Lunch Program – 2011/2012

Dear Parents,
Welcome to Holy Spirit Hot Lunch Program. Please review the information below.

ORDERING
• Paper menus are sent home near the end of each month, allowing at least 4 school days for you to send in your order. Extra copies are available in the school office.

• If you have Microsoft Excel, you can use the Excel order form that is emailed home monthly. It handles the math automatically.

• Circle either the single or double entree price for each day that your child chooses to eat.

• A single order has one of each of the day's menu items. A double order has 2 of the main menu item (e.g. 2 tacos) and one of everything else.

• The cost for a single lunch is $3.25; a double entree is $4.00.

• Return the bottom half of the menu, with cash or check, to the classroom or school office. If you are ordering for multiple students, it is okay to send all menus together with a single payment.

• Please make checks payable to Darling Catering.

• Please return the menus by the due date. Late menus are a huge inconvenience for everyone. Please return your menus before the first of the month. If your menu comes in on the first day of the month your child will not be on their class list, and we can’t guarantee your child will get their lunch that day.

• An emergency lunch is $4.00. Please have your child stop by the office in the morning and have them let Mrs. Dolcini know that they will need an emergency lunch. This is not a substitute for turning in a monthly menu.

SICK/ABSENT

• All food is ordered in advance. No credits are given on days missed unless arrangements have been made by calling the kitchen by 9 a.m. Otherwise, you are welcome to pick-up your absent child’s lunch or transfer it to a sibling.

HEATHFUL EATING

• In order to provide healthier alternatives, we offer a fresh salad bar daily and fresh fruit. Please encourage your children to stop by the salad bar and pick up fresh fruits and vegetables.

QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS

• We can be reached in the kitchen during the school day between 8:30 and 12:30 at 448-5663 extension 30.

Advance ordering is necessary so we can avoid waste and keep prices reasonable. We look forward to serving your children this school year.
