Back to School Night now has 1 session only. Parents will meet in the gym first. These evenings are for parents only to meet your children’s teachers and hear plans and expectations for the coming year.

School pictures will be taken on Thursday, September 23rd at 8:45am. All students may wear free dress on this day (no spaghetti straps, tank tops, midriff showing shirts, short shorts or skirts, or sagging pants). Order forms will be sent home this Thursday. Do not send them back to school until picture day.

Each student purchasing photos must give their own envelope to the photographer with money enclosed. Late orders and absentees will be taken on make-up day in about 6 weeks. We need one parent to help the photographer on Picture Day for most of the day. This helper will get one free pack of pictures. Call Jane in the office to volunteer.

The Catholic School Advisory Commission meeting will be held on the 3rd Monday of each month in the Father Brady Room.

2nd Grade Parent Meetings

Mark your Calendars - The first of four required parent meetings for parents of 2nd grade students that will be receiving their First Communion on Saturday, May 14, 2011, will be held this Thursday, Oct. 14th at 7pm in the Father Brady Room. Sister Katherine will be leading this meeting. The remaining three meetings are scheduled for  Nov. 9, Feb. 10, April 14, and First Reconciliation TBA. 

Parent Teacher Conferences will be held Monday - Friday.  Due to confereces, students will be realeased from school for early dismissal all week, starting at 12:15pm.  Extension is avaialbe for students who have registered.  Due to the liability reason, children not enrolled in the Extension program should not be left unattended during your conference. 

Conferences are scheduled every 15 minutes.  We ask parents to please be on time and try not to overstay the designated time allottment.  If you will need more time to discuss your concerns please schedule your conference for a later date or time.

8th grade parent meeting regarding celebration of belonging.

By now, you should have received your Annual Fund solicitation. To make it easier to turn your commitment cards in, Annual Fund Chairs will collect them at morning drop off on Thursday, November 4th. Remember, you have until June 30, 2011 to fulfill your commitment. Thank you for helping make our big plans a reality!
