Dear Holy Spirit Family, Friends and Supporters,
We are pleased to invite you all to the 4th Annual Father O'Connor Holy Spirit School Golf Tournament hosted by Fr. Looney and the Holy Spirit Athletic Committee on Friday, September 17, 2010 at Bing Maloney Golf Course with dinner and reception following at the Holy Spirit School Gym. Over the past three years we have raised thousands of dollars for the Holy Spirit School Athletic Fund and Golf Team, and the proceeds have gone to help defer costs for new uniforms, Parochial Athletic League fees, golf bags and other equipment and expenses involved in the Holy Spirit School athletic program.
Attached, please find a flyer with information on the golf tournament and dinner. For just $500 a foursome, you get a fun-filled day of golf with friends and a reception/buffet dinner with raffle at the school gym. Other sponsorships are available upon request. If you can not make it, please consider a donation or volunteering to help out at the event. Let's make this event special for Father O'Connor and Father Looney.
Please contact Sean Wong at (916) 214-2697 or seanandnan@aol.com to reserve your foursome. If you have any questions, please also call Sean anytime.
Thank you for your support of this very special event,

PLAY DAY ITINERARY
Dear Holy Spirit Parents and Students:
Our annual “Play Day” will be held on the school campus and students are to meet in their classrooms at 10:00am for attendance. Dismissal will be at 2:00pm. Extension will be available to those students enrolled in the program.
Complimentary lunch will be provided by the school, (hot-dogs, hamburgers, and Boca burgers.) Please return your lunch order to your teachers. If you are a volunteer, please remember to include your order with your child’s order.
We will have plenty of activities, from 3-legged races, cup stacking, bingo, water play and of course jump houses. The water activities are always very popular, but bathing suits will not be allowed. Please wear comfortable clothing that will not be ruined by water play. Also, no bare feet allowed except when in a jump-house or slide. Otherwise footwear such as flip-flops, water shoes, or crocs are recommended so that the children can easily slip on/off shoes.
One additional note, eighth grade students are only allowed on campus/play day if their parent(s) have volunteered to work.
Thank you everyone.
