HSPS Scrip Programs

The Scrip program is the easiest way for you to raise money for Holy Spirit School.  Unlike other fundraising programs, Scrip allows you to support HSPS from purchases you make everyday.   Groceries, gas, clothing, and gifts can all be purchased through the Scrip program.

Grocery Scrip Programs

Raley’s/ Bel Air Quality of Life Card (1% contribution)
Use your Raley’s “Quality of Life” card to track all your grocery purchases. Pick up your card today in the school office.  Families must activate their own Q-cards.

How do I activate my card?
HSPS families must now create a Raleys account to begin the activation process.
1. Go to:  https://www.raleys.com/cfapps/qscrip/enter.cfm
2. Click on the link that says " Log in / Sign up for raleys.com to begin".  Found under the Q card picture.
3. Go back to your email to 'confirm' your Raleys account.
4. Go to https://www.raleys.com/cfapps/qscrip/enter.cfm
5. Click on the Step 3 Activate Your Card link.

Nugget Scrip Program (4% contribution)
Use the new Nugget Scrip Cards for your Nugget purchases and  HSPS receives up to 4% of your monthly grocery bill.  Pick up your scrip card in the office.  Families will need to activate their own Nugget Scrip card.  Nugget scrip no longer requires families to preload their scrip cards prior to purchases.  Multiple cards can be registered under one family member so that cumulative monthly purchases will earn a greater percentage.

How do I activate my Nugget scrip card?
1)  Go to the Nugget scrip page at:  https://scrip.nuggetmarket.com.
2) Sign up for your Nugget account (login info)
3) Type in your Nugget scrip card number (s)
2) Follow the prompts to search and select Holy Spirit Parish School as the designated school

eScrip’s Safeway Club Card (up to 4% contribution)
Register your Safeway Club card with eScrip.com. Up to 4% of your monthly purchases are automatically donated to Holy Spirit. Designate Holy Spirit Parish School as the recipient. The Group ID number is 6605059.

Do I need to renew my Safeway card?  Yes, you must renew your Safeway Club card each year for HSPS to receive contributions from your Safeway purchases.

How Do I renew my Safeway card? Click on the “Renew” icon found on the eScrip.com site.  Or you may log into your eScrip account to update your information.

How do I get a Safeway Card?
Pick up your Safeway Club Card at your local Safeway Store.  You must register your Safeway card through eScrip.com. Designate Holy Spirit Parish School as the recipient. The Group ID number is 6605059

HSPS Families may purchase available Scrip cards in the office, such as Walmart, Starbucks, and Arco Gas.  Standard orders will be placed on the 30th of each month, with free shipping, and will be distributed within 7 - 10 business days. Shipping charges apply to rush orders only.

Scrip EFT - Automatic Scrip Card Re-Orders

NEW!  Have your scrip cards automatically sent home each month when you sign up for SCRIP EFT.    Simply, complete your scrip order form and  the card denomination you would like to purchase each month .  No more paperwork!

To get started, complete the Scrip EFT order form and include  a voided check to the office.  HSPS will deduct the amount from your designated checking account at the end of each month.  SCRIP EFT is good between August 2011 through May 2012.  Monthly orders can be adjusted or canceled at any time before the EFT date.

eScrip Online Mall
Shop online and visit more than 1,000 stores where up to 12%* is automatically donated to HSPS. Get big savings and exclusive online deals. Log on and register at www.escrip.com.

Reminders: 
You must make your purchases through the eScrip OnlineMall.  Don’t forget to log into your account before your begin online shopping!
There is a 60-90 day delay in scrip reporting from eScrip. 

eScrip Dining Program (2.5% contribution)
Register any one or all of your existing grocery loyalty, debit and credit cards with eScrip.com.  Participating restaurants will automatically make contributions to Holy Spirit, based on purchases made by you, just by using the cards you have registered on eScrip. HSPS receives an additional 2.5% when you complete the post-dine survey that is sent in your benefit confirmation email. (A benefit confirmation email is an email that's sent to you shortly after each time you dine. It tells you how much you earned when you dined.)

Collect Box Tops and Campbell Soup Labels
 HSPS participates in the General Mill’s Box Tops for Education Program and Campbell Soup’s Labels for Education program.   Clip the Box Top logos from participating General Mills products and send them to school with your child. Our school gets 10 cents for each Box Top we collect.  Collect the UPC codes and lids from participating Labels for Education brands.

HSPS Families and supporters may submit their box tops and labels to the HSPS office throughout the year in an envelope or baggie.  Please include the student name and grade on the envelope or baggie for students to receive rewards.

Support HSPS just by shopping with your Target credit card or check Card. Target will donate 1% of your qualifying purchases to Holy Spirit Parish School when you designate us.

You may pick up your Target Redcard application in the HSPS office or your local Target store. You may enroll in the Education program once you receive your new Redcard.  Designate Holy Spirit Parish School (School ID 3173) as the school recipient.

How do HSPS families receive credit?
Fax or send your  monthly Target statement to the HSPS office to receive individual credit towards your scrip commitment.  The HSPS fax number is 916-448-1465

eScrip Programs
eScrip is an easy  program for fundraising where participating business partners contribute a percentage of your grocery loyalty cards (Safeway), credit card and debit card purchases to Holy Spirit.

How do I edit my eScrip account to add credit cards, make changes, etc.?
1)  Go to Escrip.com and click on the “Existing members sign in” link.
2) Type in your email address.
3)  Click on the “My eScrip” link” and enter your password.   If you do not know your password, you may send the password to yourself.
2) Click on the choices to update your account and profile.
3) Follow the prompts to update your info.
