Auction Volunteers Needed

The 2010 Holy Spirit School Auction is rapidly approaching.   This year promises to have something for everyone. We have a broad committee of Holy Spirit parents planning an unforgettable evening.

If you’re interested in volunteering to assist with the auction, please email Monica Castillo at moneeyb@aol.com.  Examples of ways you can help:

·         Volunteer your services prior to auction or day of auction (time or expertise)

·         Volunteer the day of the event for set up, clean up, food servers, selling drink tickets, manning auction booths, live auction spotters, etc

·         Volunteer to have name on list to help with last minute things that come up

If you’re interested in donating an item for the silent or live auction, please return the donation form that was mailed to your home to the school offices. Extra forms are also available on the school website or in the school office.

Volunteering for the auction is an easy way to earn school hours, and an important component to ensure a successful Auction for our school and students.
